Eyeliner can adjust the distance between your two eyes. To get the distance of two eyes look apart, you need to move eyes focus point to the end tip of your eyes. First, from 3/5 position of your eyes at top, begin to draw Eyeliner till to your eye tip and then connect it to bottom of your eyes at 1/3 position. This will make your two eyes distance looks far apart.
Kate Moss has made tips of her eyes curve up slightly with eyeliner.
This resulted in a very sexy and attractive cat eyes look.
