There are generally four types of eyeliners in the market.  The Second Type is :

2) Pencil Eyeliner - It is the most commonly used eyeliner because it is easy to use and control. If you make mistake when applying, you can correct it easily. Nowadays, pencil type eyeliner contain silicone which make it easy to glide on smoothly and makes them easy to smudge and blend. Also make sure your pencil eyeliner is water-resistant so it will stay abd not smudge. Most of the pencil eyeliner is wood type so you need to sharpen it before each use. The sharper the point, the better the application. The other mechanical type do not need to sharpen, just twist to extend and use.
