Eyelids sebum secretion is the culprit for the eyeliner to smudge. So to keep eyes surrounding cool and dry, you can apply some translucent powder to the orbital area of your eyes. If eyeliner get smudge you just need to re-make up at the affected area by using makeup erase pen to return it back to original condition.
